This is an application seeking modification of the order dated 30th April 2019, by which this Court had granted temporary bail to the applicant on the ground of his wife's illness, who has been advised Hysterectomy.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that despite the fact that the application was allowed, the applicant could not avail off the said order since he was to furnish P.R. bond in the sum of

Dusane 2/2 9 appa 802.2019 .doc Rs.50,000/- and furnish local sureties in the like amount. Learned counsel submits that the father of the applicant would stand surety. In view of this, the order needs to be modified, which shall be read as follows :

O R D E R

(I) The applicant be enlarged on bail on furnishing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount.

(II) The temporary bail shall remain in force for a period of four weeks from the date of his release. During four weeks, the applicant shall report to Bandra Police Station on every alternative date between 12.00 noon to 2.00 pm.

(III) Upon completion of four weeks, the applicant shall surrender before the Jail authorities of Yerwada Central Prison, Pune. (IV) The application stands disposed of.
