P.C. :- 1] This petition challenges the orders dated 6 September 2012 and 9 December 2013, the effect of which is to permit the respondent Nos.2,3 and 4 to file a written statement in the suit. 2] Considering the circumstance that the petitioner had also applied for impleadment of the said parties as defendants in the suit, the two orders made by the Courts cannot be faulted. There is no jurisdictional error in making of the these two orders. 3] Accordingly, petition is dismissed. There shall, however, be no order as to costs.
