Heard. The reliefs sought in this application are as under :

"1. Directions may be given to said IO to complete the said investigation within a period of 4 weeks DCP may be directed to give his node to arrest ACCUSED and file the chargesheet. The Petitioner is a senior citizen and has multiple health problems hence the case may be made time bound.

If found guilty all the accused may be arrested without any delay.

IO may be ordered to submit his report to this Hon. Court within a period of 4 weeks."

Mrs. Kejriwal, learned APP having taken instructions from the concerned Police Officer who is present in the Court 1 / 3

submitted that in pursuance of the order dated 12th January 2015 passed in Criminal Writ Petition No.4457 of 2014, the FIR has been registered on 3rd March 2015 and subsequently supplementary statement of the Applicant was recorded on 7th March 2015. One of the accused was arrested on 25th June 2015. He came to be released on bail. She further submitted that so far as rest of the three accused are concerned, they have preferred anticipatory bail applications before the Sessions Court and adinterim relief has been granted therein. She further submitted that investigation is going on. Learned APP for the State also submitted that the Applicant's co-operation is necessary to complete the investigation. The learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant submitted that the Applicant will extend necessary co-operation to the police. Statement is accepted. 3.

Learned APP for the State submitted that investigation would be completed as expeditiously as possible. Statement is accepted.
