Learned APP submits that steps have been initiated on application of the petitioner for grant of remission as per 125th Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar's birth anniversary scheme. 2.

We direct Respondent/State to obtain appraisal report in terms of section 432 (2) Cr.P.C. from the convicting Court within a period of 10 weeks from today and to take suitable decision upon it thereafter within further period of 8 weeks.
