The applicant is the original complainant in C.C. No.46637 of 2009 filed before the learned Joint Judicial Magistrate, 12th Court, Pune under Section 138 of the N.I. Act. Learned Counsel for the applicant has fairly conceded that connected Application Nos. 244, 245, 246, 248, 249 and 250 of 2014, in which similar questions had been raised, have already been dismissed. 2.
