Upon urgent mentioning, taken on board. 1) The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that DNA LABS India & NBSP, 1st Floor, Dwarka Sai Wonders, Survey No. 173, Shiv Sai Road, Pimple Saudagar, Pune have communicated that they are not functioning and not associated with DNA samples. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that now he is giving alternate option of Government Lab, Deputy Director, Regional Forensic Science Laboratory, Ganesh Khind, opposite Raj Bhavan, Pune.

2 506.8796.16 wp 2) The petitioner is allowed to go to the Government Lab as DNA test is to be carried out there.

3) The learned counsel for the petitioner informs the court that Government Lab charges Rs. 13,189/- per person and DNA test of three persons is to be carried out. The learned counsel submits that he has deposited Rs. 25,000/- in the High Court and that amount is to be transferred to SBI A/c No. 10198661743, IFSC : SBI 000 7339, Branch: University Road, Pune. He also undertakes that he will deposit the remaining amount directly in the account of Government Lab.

4) The submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner are accepted. Registry is directed to transfer Rs. 25,000/- which are deposited by present petitioner as per bank details furnished by the Petitioner. This exercise to be done within 15 days.
