Petitioner in his Application dated 22.04.2019 has given various reasons as to why he deserves to be transferred to Open Prison. The reasons are mentioned in paragraph Nos. 10 to 15 of the Application. 2.

The concerned Competent Authority is directed to consider the said reasons and decide the Application of Petitioner for seeking his transfer to Open Prison in accordance with law within a period of three months from today.
