Petitioner convict seeks benefit of State remission on account of 125th birth anniversary of Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar. Learned APP informs that appraisal report from Sessions Court, Mumbai is still awaited. 2.

In this situation, we direct the convicting Court viz., Sessions Court, Mumbai which decided Sessions Case No.647/2013 on 27/9/2016 to expedite action and to submit report to the State Government within a period of 6 weeks from the date of receipt of this order by it. 3.
