Heard Mr. Talsania, learned counsel for the applicant on this interim application.

Having perused the averments as made in the application as also considering the order dated 26 February, 2021 passed by this Court (M.S. Karnik, J.), in my opinion, the modification of the order to the effect that instead of the amount to be deposited in this Court, bank guarantee be permitted to furnish cannot be granted.

The interim application is accordingly rejected. 4.

Let the back-wages be deposited in this Court within four weeks from today.
