The contentions are that in view of provisions of Section 468 of Cr.P.C. the limitation for taking cognizance of offence punishable under Section 406 and 420 is maximum 3 years. 2.
In this background, when confronted, the learned APP submits that the statement under Section 173 of the Cr.P.C. is already submitted before the Magistrate. The copy of the communication to
