This application is made by defendant No.1 for restoration of interim relief granted by this court by order dated 11.09.2015 and to recall the order dated 26.04.2016 passed by this court by which the interim relief stood vacated for non compliance of the order.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant undertakes to deposit the entire amount upto July 2016 as per order dated 11.09.2015 within a week.

The learned counsel for the respondent No.1 submits that they have no objection if the due amount is deposited upto July 2016.

Hence, by consent, following order is passed: a.

Interim relief granted by this court in favour of the applicant by order dated 11.09.2015 is restored.

b.

The applicant to deposit the compensation as per order dated 11.09.2015 in this court upto July 2016 within a week.

c.

Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.
