The learned AGP for the the State of Maharashtra has produced for perusal of the Court the order dated 6th September 2014 passed by the Deputy Collector (Rehabilitation), Pune in compliance with the order dated 6th March 2013 passed by this Court.

Considering the fact that similar orders in hundreds of the petitions directing the respondents to decide the claims have been passed, it cannot be said that the delay is wilful or deliberate. Hence, no case is made out to initiate action under the Contempt

cp566 of Courts Act,1971.

Petition is disposed of.

We direct the learned AGP to supply a copy of order dated 6th September 2014 to the Advocate for the petitioner. We make it clear that the petitioner is free to challenge the said order in accordance with law.
