Learned APP submits that during the pendency of this application, investigation is completed and charge-sheet is filed on 30/7/2018 in the court of Judicial Magistrate First Class, Roha. In view of this, without going into the merits of the matter, the learned Counsel for the applicant upon instructions seeks liberty to withdraw the application, with further liberty to approach the Sessions Court in the changed circumstances. Liberty as prayed for is granted in the interest of justice. The learned Sessions Court shall consider the application on its own merits without being influenced by the withdrawal of the present application. The application stands dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of accordingly.
