The affidavit-cum-declaration on behalf of the Applicant as directed on 01/07/2023 is taken on record and marked as '

Annexure-X'. Already this Court has granted interim protection as per Order dated 22/05/2019. The offence is under Sections 420, 323, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and F.I.R. is registered on the basis of the direction given by the Court of the JMFC under Section 156(3) of the Criminal Procedure Code. 2.

As per affidavit, the Applicant wants three months time to deposit the amount. This willingness is shown without prejudice by SEEMA KSHITIJ YELKAR Date:

11. ABA 1121 of 2019.doc to his rights. So let that amount be deposited in the Court of the JMFC, Vasai rather than this Court. Charge-sheet is already filed. So apprehension of the arrest no more survives.

In view of that Application is disposed of.

The Applicant to deposit the amount as assured in the affidavit before the Court of the JMFC, Vasai. If bail is not taken, he is at liberty to seek bail as per interim order. 5.

Let Court of the JMFC, Vasai to decide the return of that amount after hearing the first informant and the Applicant. 6.

Let the Applicant to produce copy of that affidavit before the concerned Court of the JMFC, Vasai.
