Prayer is to quash and set aside the proceedings pending before 3rd Metropolitan Magistrate, Esplanade, Mumbai under sections 420, 467, 468 and 471 read with 120(B) of IPC. Case number is 121/PW/2010. Thus this prayer in relation to 2010 case has been made in the present matter on 09/03/2015. This court has not passed any order in this petition till today. 2.

Papers also show that the FIR is dated 28/09/2005. Thus period of more than 14 years has already expired. There is no appearance for the petitioners. We therefore, dismiss the present petition.
