} Respondents Mr. Deval K. Anja with Mr. Shripad Jagdale for the petitioner.

CORAM :- S. C. DHARMADHIKARI & B. P. COLABAWALLA, JJ.
DATED :- JUNE 17, 2016 P.C. :- Having heard the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner and perusing the petition with all annexures thereto, we are of the view that once the inquiry against the petitioner before the inquiry officer is in progress, we should not interfere with the same in writ jurisdiction. In the event the final orders in the inquiry are adverse to the petitioner, then, while challenging the same, it is open for the petitioner to raise all contentions including that the inquiry officer was biased and did not treat him fairly and reasonably. Keeping such contentions and of both sides open, we dismiss the petition.
