Heard learned counsel for the parties.
By this petition, the petitioners have impugned the order dated 22nd May, 2017 by which the learned Judge was pleased to direct the petitioners to remain present in the Court on 24th May, 2017, without granting any interim protection; as well as the order dated 25th May, 2017 issuing bailable warrants as against the petitioners. Learned Spl. P.P for the respondents states that the respondents will not arrest the petitioners for a period of two weeks. The said statement is accepted.
