Heard the learned counsel for the Applicant on the application of seeking restoration of the Writ Petition No. 1155 of 2011 which suffers dismissal for want of prosecution on 8th October, 2015. Since there is delay, a prayer has been made to condone the delay in filing the Civil Application.

For the reasons stated in the application for condonation of delay as also for the restoration of the Writ Petition, we are satisfied that the Applicant/Petitioner has appropriately explained the delay and shown sufficient cause for non appearance of the counsel when the matter was called. Accordingly, the Civil Application is allowed.

The Writ Petition No. 1155 of 2011 is ordered to be restored to its original number.
