Registry has placed this matter for extension of time, in view of the communication dated 10/10/2023 seeking extension of time of 6 months to dispose of RAE Suit No.96/270 of 1987. 2.

By order dated 26/6/2023 passed in WP No.8287/2023, this Court has directed the trial Court to dispose of the Suit within period of 30/9/2023 as the suit was pending for last 36 years. 3.

Today, extension of time of 6 months has been sought. Learned counsel for the parties submit that the matter is fixed for final argument. In 1/2
