Learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the application, as the applicant has filed an application seeking cancellation of non-bailable warrant in the trial Court. She states that the applicant intends to pursue the said application. Application is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.
It is made clear that this application has not been heard on merits and as such, the learned Judge to consider the application pending before him on its own merits, uninfluenced by the withdrawal of the this application.
