By the impugned order, the application of the Petitioner - Plaintiff for recalling the Deputy Collector for production of documents/notifications regarding applicability of Urban Land (Ceiling & Regulation) Act to the suit property, was rejected. The learned Civil Judge has rightly held that such documents are official

P-12. WP 6978.16.doc records and the Court machinery cannot be used for the benefit of the party, who can produce such documents by making appropriate application. There is no error in the impugned order. The Petitioner can always apply for copies of these official records and submit the same for consideration in the Trial Court.

In the circumstances, no interference is warranted in the impugned order. Writ Petition is rejected.
