This Application is moved for restoration of Civil Revision Application, which is on stamp number, which was dismissed by conditional order dated 28th February, 2017 passed by the Registrar (Judicial-II).

The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant is ready to remove the office objection. He further submitted that the delay has occurred due to inadvertence and hence, it may be condoned.

Civil Revision Application is restored to its original file. The applicant is directed to remove all the office objections on or before 1st September, 2018, failing which, Civil Revision Application will be dismissed without referring to the Court.
