1) Heard the learned counsel for the applicant.

2) By the present application the applicant has prayed that he may be granted permission to avail cash bail for a period of one month so as to complete all necessary formalities which this Court has directed to comply with in terms of the Order dated 13.6.2016 passed in Criminal Application No. 659 of 2016. 3) By an Order dated 13.6.2016 passed in Criminal Application No. 659/2016 the applicant was directed to be released on bail pending appeal on certain terms and conditions. The learned counsel

2 /2 902-appa-732-16.doc for the applicant submitted that for complying with the formalities of furnishing local sureties, it may take about four weeks time. He further submitted that as a matter of fact his client has already submitted the documents pertaining to the sureties. However, the verification of the same could not be done immediately. 4) In view of the above, the application is permitted to furnish cash bail of Rs.50,000/- for a period of one month from today, with a view to enable him to comply with the necessary formalities as was directed by an Order dated 13th June, 2016.

5) The application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). 6) All the concerned to act upon an authenticated copy of this order.
