In view of the statement made by the learned A.P.P, learned counsel for the applicant does not press this application and seeks leave to withdraw the same, with liberty to file a fresh application in the trial Court, after filing of the charge-sheet. The application is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed. All contentions of the parties are kept open. SQ Pathan 1/2
