The application fled by the petitioner, in the form of objection to the attachment and sale of the land bearing Gat No. 1705 at village Borgaon, Taluka-Walva, Dist. Sangli, in the execution proceedings fled by the respondent Nos.2 to 7 before the District Consumer Forum, Sangli for non-compliance of the order passed by the said forum dated 22 October 2021, is still pending.
