By this Application, the Applicant seeks re-call of the order dated 23.04.2019 passed by this Court ( Coram : A. S. Gadkari, J. ), by which the aforesaid Application, being Cri. Appln. No. 498 of 2017 was dismissed for non-prosecution. None appeared for the Respondent Nos. 3 & 4 in the first session nor in the second session. 3.

For the reasons set out in the Application, the Application is allowed and the order dated 23.04.2019 is re-called and Cri. Appln. No. 498 of 2017 is restored back to its original file. Delay, if any, stands condoned.
