The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the questions, involved in the present application seeking leave to appeal against acquittal, are identical with that involved in Criminal Application No. 244 of 2014, which has been decided just now by me.

Therefore, for the same reasons that are recorded in the said order, this also do not appear to be a fit case, where leave to file appeal should be granted.
