ORDER:- By way of this Petition, the Petitioner is seeking a direction as against Respondent No. 3 to consider the proposal dated 20 March 2015. Mr. Nalawade, the learned counsel on behalf of Respondent No.3, makes statement on instructions, that the meeting of the Committee is scheduled on 11 August 2015 and the application of the Petitioner dated 20 March 2015, will be taken into consideration in the said meeting. In view of the statement made, no cause survives to pass any further order in the matter.
