Mr. Dave, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petitions with liberty to file discharge application. Leave with liberty as prayed for, is granted. The writ petitions are dismissed as withdrawn.

Needless to mention that I have not gone into the merits of the matter and all rights and contentions of the respective parties are kept expressly open.

In the event, the petitioner files discharge application within a period of four weeks from today, the concerned Judge shall dispose of the same in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of six months from the date of filing of the application.
