The contention is, in a suit for partition, the impugned order of maintenance ought not to have been granted particularly when the rights of the parties are not crystallized.

It appears that the order passed below Exh.9 by the Court below on 26th April, 2016 primarily based on the rival claims in the suit which appreciation has prompted the Court below to pass the impugned order.

I hardly see any reason which warrants interference in the impugned order particularly when the order is governing the field since 2016.
