P.C.:- This is an Application for extension of time and condonation of delay in depositing the arrears of monthly compensation in the Small Causes Court at Mumbai.

Mr. Godbole, learned counsel for the Applicant submitted that, there is arrears of monthly compensation to be deposited in the Trial Court for the period from April 2020 to August, 2021. He, on instructions, submitted that, the Applicant will clear the said arrears of 17 months within a period of three months from today.

ssm 2 21-ia1720.21.doc He further, on instructions, submitted that, from the month of September, 2021 his client will continue to deposit the said monthly compensation in the Registry of the Small Causes Court, at Mumbai. The aforesaid statements are accepted.

Interim Application is allowed in the aforesid terms. All the concerned to act on the basis of the authenticated copy of this Order.
