In both these petitions, the Petitioners seek quashment of FIR, Crime No.614 of 2020 registered at Khar Police Station for commission of offences punishable under Sections 448, 452, 427 r/w 34 of the IPC.

Learned counsel for the Petitioners fairly submitted before this Court that post filing of the petitions investigating agency by applying the exercise of investigation filed charge sheet before the Competent Court. In view of this subsequent development, the Petitioners are permitted to avail the appropriate remedies before the Competent Court including submission of an application for seeking discharge. Accordingly, the petitions stand disposed of with liberty as stated above.
