Mr. Kode, learned counsel for the Respondent Nos.1 to 4 submitted that, during pendency of the present appeal, Respondent No.1 Gangubai Jadhav passed away on 1st June, 2019. In view thereof, respondent No.1 is deleted from the array of the respondents.

Mr. Joshi, learned counsel for the Appellants submitted that, the parties herein have settled the matter amicably and have entered into Deed of Compromise dated 9th November, 2020. He tendered across the bar photo copy of the said Deed of

2.sa.469.2016.odt Compromise dated 9th November, 2020. The same is taken on record. Mr. Kode, learned counsel for the Respondent Nos.1 to 4, on instructions, conceded to the said fact.

In view of the compromise between the parties herein Second Appeal is disposed off.

Decree be drawn up in terms of the Deed of Compromise dated 9th November, 2020.

In view of disposal of the Appeal itself, Interim Application No. 464 of 2020 does not survive and is also disposed off.
