Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGP for the State, we deem it convenient to dispose of this petition by directing respondent No.2 to decide the application dated 18th December, 2013 forwarded by the Headmaster of New English School, Chinchpada and which was received by respondent No.2' office on 26th December, 2013, regarding caste validity certificate of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of the order. Ordered accordingly. 2.
It is made clear that we have not gone into the merits of the matter and all rights and contentions of the respective parties are kept open.
