The learned counsel for the applicants submits that these applications may be taken up for hearing.

We have perused the applications.

Perusal of the applications will show that the applicants are not aggrieved by the orders impugned in this petition. It is not their case that they are adversely affected by the impugned order but the contention of the

caw1953-1954.doc applicants is that the applicants are similarly placed as the applicants in the Original Application before the Tribunal. If that be so, the applicants will have to move the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal for grant of appropriate substantive relief. We find that the relief granted by the impugned order is confined to the applicants in the Original Application before the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal.

Therefore, by granting liberty to adopt appropriate proceedings, we dispose of the Civil Applications.
