By consent of the parties, Appeal from Order no.884 of 2015 is allowed. Both the parties through their learned counsel have agreed that the respective clients would not make any claim against each other. Statement is accepted.

Learned counsel appearing for the original plaintiffs undertakes to withdraw the S.C.Suit No.1363 of 2015 and also the notice of motion filed before the Bombay City Civil Court within one week from today. Undertaking is accepted.

In view of the undertaking rendered by the learned counsel for the original plaintiffs, all the interim orders passed in the notice of motion filed by the plaintiffs before the Bombay City Civil Court and in this appeal stand vacated.
