Learned APP, on instructions from the Superintendent of Taloja Central Prison, Navi Mumbai submitted that, the Petitioner has been transferred to Taloja Central Prison, Navi Mumbai from Thane Central Prison, Thane. As far as the grievance of the Petitioner with respect to his illegal detention is concerned, Petitioner may file appropriate application before the Trial Court, if so advised and as may be permissible under the provisions of law.

In view thereof, nothing further survives in the Petition and is accordingly disposed off.
