The learned counsel for the Appellant-Insurance Company submits that the judgment and award dated 9th December, 2014 passed by the Member, M.A.C.T., Mumbai in Application No. 578 of Vishal 1 / 2
10-fa-1123-2015.doc 2010 be stayed. The learned counsel submits that the Insurance Company is ready to deposit the entire decreetal amount and the interest accrued thereon.

In view of this submission, the operation and implementation of the judgment and award dated 9th December, 2014 is hereby stayed pending Appeal subject to the Insurance Company to deposit the entire decreetal amount along with the interest accrued thereon within six weeks. If the said amount is not deposited within the stipulated time, then the stay granted will be vacated forthwith without referring to the Court.

Accordingly, the civil application stands disposed of. 6.
