P. C. :- 1) This is an Application for restoration of Criminal Application No.564 of 2017 which was dismissed for non-prosecution by Order dated 18th April, 2024.

2) The reasons for dismissal of the main Application are mentioned in paragraph no.2 of the said order which are self explanatory. However, the learned counsel appearing for the Applicant submitted that, for restoration of the Criminal Application the Applicant is ready and willing to pay a cost of Rs.10,000/- to the Advocates' Association of Western India Generation Next Fund, Mumbai, within a period of two weeks from the date of uploading of the Order. The said statement is accepted as an undertaking given to this Court. 1/2

of present Order.
