Applicant is stepmother of the complainant. She is apprehending arrest in Crime No. 677/2018 registered with Mumbra Police Station for the offences punishable under Sections 354, 323, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code alongwith Sections 8 and 12 of the Protection

for short). Prima-facie, the complaint is actuated with malice which may be over a dispute arising out of the custody of the minor. In view of the facts aforesaid, custodial interrogation of the applicant is not required.

In the event of arrest of the applicant in C.R. No.I-677/2018 registered with Mumbra Police Station, she be released on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rs. Ten Thousand only) with one or two sureties in the like sum.

The applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station as and when called.
4.
The applicant shall furnish the particulars of her place of residence and contact details to the Investigating Officer of the Police Station concerned within seven days from today;

The applicant shall not tamper with the evidence or attempt to influence or contact the complainant, witnesses or any person concerned with the case.

It is made clear that observations made hereinabove shall be construed as expression of opinion only for the purpose of granting bail and the same shall not in any way influence the trial in other proceedings.
