4] At the outset, the learned APP appearing for the State relying on the contents of the Report submitted by the Superintendent, Nashik Road Central Prison, Nashik which is placed on record, submits that the Petitioner is already released on 7/4/2021 on emergency covid parole.

5] In that view of the matter, nothing survives for further consideration in this Writ Petition. Hence, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
