1] None appears for the petitioner. Heard learned Counsel for respondent No.1 and learned Counsel for respondent Nos. 6 and 7. Learned Counsel for the respondents submit that the suit in which the chamber summons in question was taken out has itself been dismissed. Learned Counsel for the respondent Nos. 6 and 7 submits that even the notice of motion for restoration of the suit has been dismissed by an order dated 8th June 2016 passed by the trial court. If that be the position, present petition surely has become infructuous and is accordingly dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
