Learned counsel for the parties submit that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties and tenders the consent terms which is executed by the Petitioner and the Respondent No.2, Respondent Nos.3A to 3C. Respondent No.2, Respondent No.3B and Respondent No.3C, the constituted attorney of the Respondent No.3A and the authorized representative of the Petitioner, are present today. The parties are identified by their respective counsel. The parties reiterate that the matter has been amicably settled and that the consent terms have been executed by them. The consent terms are taken on record and marked as "X" for identification.

In compliance with the paragraph 5 (b) of the consent terms, the Respondent has handed over today a cheque of Rs.50,00,000/- bearing No.792524 dated 8th November, 2023, Bank of India, to the Petitioner. The receipt of the same is admitted. The statements in the consent terms are accepted as an undertaking to this Court.
