1] Registry of this Court has received the letter from the petitioner raising the grievance that he is not released on emergency parole (Covid-19) by the respondent-authority in spite of request made by him. We have carefully perused the report received from Superintendent, Nashik-Road Central Prison, Nashik and notice that when the petitioner was released on parole on 27/06/2008, he did not report within time and therefore, he was required to be arrested and brought back to jail after 4125 days.

53.1824.21 wp.doc 2] Such conduct of the petitioner cannot be countenanced and therefore, in our opinion, this is not a ft case to exercise the discretion. Hence, petition stands rejected.
