Heard Mr. Pankaj J. Das, learned Advocate for Applicant and Mr. N.B. Patil, learned APP for State. Perused the orders dated 15.09.2022 and 21.09.2022.

At the outset Mr. Das, learned Advocate for Applicant submitted that there is no grievance whatsoever now and the detained goods now stand released to Applicant. Statement is accepted. 3.

Pursuant to the above orders, affidavit dated 26.09.2022 is tendered by Mr. Rangrao B. Sanap, Police Inspector attached to Niphad Police Station, Nashik Rural, Nashik present in Court in compliance of the orders.

In view of the above, the only grievance that now remains is 1/2

ia.2334.22.doc with respect to correctly stating that Revisional Court had already disposed of the Revision Application of the Applicant in the order dated 17.05.2022 passed by this Court.

In view thereof and as Criminal Revision Application No. 17 of 2021 was already disposed of on 10.06.2021, the directions given to Applicant / Petitioner and Investigating Officer in paragraph Nos. 9 and 10 respectively and further direction given to the learned Sessions Court to decide the Criminal Revision Application No. 17 of 2021 in paragraph No. 10 of the order dated 17.05.2022 do not survive and the same are accordingly deleted. The rest of the order dated 17.05.2022 shall be remain as it is.

This order shall be read along with order dated 17.05.2022 passed in Criminal Writ Petition (st) No. 8096 of 2022. 7.

Interim Application No. 2334 of 2022 stands disposed of accordingly.
