The Applicant had earlier approached this Court vide A.B.A. No.1125/2024 seeking anticipatory bail in connection with C.R. No.99/2023 registered at Azad Maidan Police Station, Mumbai. By a reasoned order, said Application was rejected. It was specifically mentioned that on two occasions the amount of Rs.1,800/- was transferred from the Applicant's bank account to the account of the informant and hence his complicity was seen. 2.

Now the present Anticipatory Bail Application is filed. The only change claimed by learned counsel for the Applicant is that now the Applicant has annexed a copy of the letter dated 14.4.2023 Deshmane(PS)

33-ABA-1334-24.odt addressed by him to the Station House Officer of Surajpur Police Station, Chattisgarh in which he has mentioned that his current account No.10129632781 was hacked and there was fraudulent transaction in that account. In that application it is mentioned that said bank account was closed by the Applicant. This application is dated 14.4.2023. According to the Applicant, said bank account was closed on 14.4.2023. However, the transaction in respect of the informant's grievance was dated 20.4.2023 and 21.4.2023. On both these dates Rs. 1,800/- were received by the informant in her account from the Applicant's bank account. Therefore, at this stage, this letter annexed at Exhibit-E to this Application cannot help the Applicant. There is no clarity as to how if the account was closed before 14.4.

2023, the same account to the knowledge of the present Applicant was used subsequently on 20.4.2023 and 21.4.2023. In this view of the matter, I do not find any change in the circumstance to entertain this Application. His Anticipatory Bail Application was already rejected by a reasoned order on 24.4.2024. In this view of the matter, the present Application is also dismissed. (SARANG V. KOTWAL, J.)
