Heard. Learned APP submits that in the present case, the trial in Sessions Case No. 19 of 2016 has commenced. Hence, it would not be appropriate to enlarge the applicant on bail. The application stands rejected and disposed of accordingly.

The learned Counsel appointed for the applicant has assisted the court to the best of his capacity. In view of this, the professional fees is quantified at Rs. 1,000/- to be paid to the learned Counsel within 3 months.
