Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance of the order passed by this Court on 24th May 2019, the petitioner had approached the trial Court seeking cancellation of the non-bailable warrant issued against the petitioner and the trial Court has cancelled the non-bailable warrant issued against the petitioner.

Since the petition has served its purpose, the petition stands disposed of.
