The Petition has been fled seeking the following relief: (b) This Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the respondent by an Writ of Mandamus or by an order in the nature of mandamus to forthwith take action on the basis of complaint dated 10.02.2020 made by the Petitioner and thereby initiate action and take appropriate steps in respect of the irregularities and illegalities set out in the complaint. 2.
