It appears from the office note that the Appeal is already restored to its file.

This Appeal is filed challenging the judgment and order passed by learned Joint District Judge, Thane, dated 21.09.1999 in LAR No.113 of 1988, whereby the amount of compensation is enhanced by Rs.12,952/-. The SLAO had granted compensation of Rs.4857/-. The amount of difference is Rs.8,095/-. Considering the BGP.

GR dated 3rd November, 2016 and 11th May, 2018, the amount enhanced is within four times of the amount awarded by learned SLAO. Considering the same, learned AGP seeks leave to withdraw the Appeal.

The Appeal stands disposed of as withdrawn.

Applicant/Appellant is entitled to refund of Court fee as per rules.
